Hi, I’m Holly and I’m a therapist.

I got into therapy because I love people. I love seeing what they’re capable of. No one needs to do it all on their own and everyone deserves support in the hard moments.

Often we have this instinct to shut down and turn inwards when we feel impactful emotions, but it’s hard to work through those feelings without getting some perspective. Going to friends and family is great, but sometimes having someone outside our circle can feel safer. There can be a lot less pressure when there aren’t any personal relationships at stake and you can say what you really mean without worrying about anyone else’s feelings in that moment. Therapy gives a space for the whole self. The anger, the sadness, the selfish thoughts, fears, this is a place where they’re welcomed.

I think one thing that makes me good at my job is an adaptable worldview that works with your personal experiences. No matter where you’re starting from, we can use that place to create a better life for you and those around you.

How I work

integrative Systems based Approach tailored to your needs

We meet. You share. We build a map of your place in world and make a plan for how to navigate your unique circumstances to get you to where you want to be. My practice is focused on people who want to make lasting changes guided by their own goals and needs.

Evidence based supports

Our work may include using techniques from a variety of evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Rather than rely on a single modality, this integrative approach is responsive to individual needs and allows for a variety of potential connections to find what resonates best with you.
